FleaSync is operated by QO Digital AB, a company registered in Sweden. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

1. What We Collect

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, store name, and billing information. Billing details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.

Usage data

We collect basic usage data to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. This includes pages visited, features used, browser type, and general location (country level).

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the Service.
• To process payments and send billing-related communications.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets, payout notifications).
• To improve the Service based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.
• To respond to support requests.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third parties only as needed to provide the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles all credit card data and is PCI DSS compliant. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Brevo — transactional email delivery. We share your email address with Brevo to send account-related emails. See Brevo's privacy policy.

4. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure — request deletion of your personal data.
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing of your data for specific purposes.
• Restriction — request that we limit how we use your data.

5. Data Retention

• Account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
• After account cancellation, data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
• Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by Swedish accounting law.
• Support correspondence is retained for 2 years after the last interaction.

6. Data Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel. We perform regular backups and monitor for unauthorized access.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
