1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FleaSync ("the Service"), operated by QO Digital AB, a company registered in Sweden, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Account Terms
- You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.
- You must provide a valid email address and accurate account information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free trial account.
3. Payment Terms
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
- If payment fails, we will notify you and may suspend access after a reasonable grace period.
- Prices may change with 30 days advance notice. Price changes do not apply retroactively to the current billing period.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Upon cancellation, your data will remain accessible for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
5. Data Ownership
You own your data. FleaSync does not claim any ownership over the data you upload or create using the Service.
- You may export your data at any time.
- We will not share your data with third parties except as required to provide the Service (e.g., payment processing) or as required by law.
- We maintain regular backups but recommend you keep your own copies of critical data.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- QO Digital AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
7. Modifications to the Service and Terms
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with reasonable notice.
- We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the Service at least 30 days in advance.
- Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
